The Robert Downey Jr. Sherlock Holmes movies were my gateway back into the world of Sherlock!

I have to admit, I know some fans think he is not the purest version, but I enjoyed them!

  1. I enjoyed them, but I think Cumberbatch stole the name and persona fair and square, while Downey is now so associated with Iron Man that there’s no going back.
