It is no secret that Arthur Conan Doyle is quite diametric. On one hand, he creates the most rational thinking machine in literature – ie. Sherlock Holmes. Yet, Doyle, was willing to believe in anyone (it seemed) who claimed they could contact the dead.
What does this to a person? I reached out to one of my dearest friends, Linda Zimmermann, the Ghost Investigator. Who knows the mind of an investigator better than an investigator?
We talked about Doyle and what certain people go through when dealing with death and how they are, sadly, open to being told anything and everything that may not be beneficial to them.
